"Wanna go to a hardware store where the employees are universally polite, engaging, and knowledgeable? This particular location seems to consistently be like that in the 4-5 times I've dropped in. Even the young and less-experienced employees seem to have sufficient competence to answer questions or work through the best way to get you to what you need. What an amazing contrast with the "big box" hardware stores -- you know, the ones use an orange or blue color pallet for the brand? Can't speak for all Ace Hardware stores and say they are this good, but this location definitely is!"

"Always helpful staff who will frequently walk me to the spot where the item is that I’m looking for. They have small items—screws, nuts, bolts, washers, fasteners, etc.— in bins so I don’t have to buy a blister pack with multiple items inside if I need only one or two of that item. I can almost always find exactly what I need there, and it’s just a short drive from my home. It’s my go-to place for hardware."
