If you are a professional and need manufactured or custom hardware, this showroom has a vast selection, and even more more importantly, the support from a very thoughtful and knowledgeable team. I have worked with Laura Folger for years and value her attention to detail. Be warned this is not the "big box" way of purchasing hardware. You must make an appointment so that the team can dedicate the time to your project know matter the size."
"Extremely unhelpful, apparently I was not the "caliber" of clients that the manager was used to "helping." I suppose that if you have a real mansion to renovate she might deign to be helpful, but if you just own an upper-middle class home in San Francisco, don't bother going here."
