"Monique was very helpful and caring! Initially though I didn't feel very welcome as I stood by the reception trying to figure out who to talk to. I walked in seeing three staff, one looked at me then looked back at computer (though, i didn't notice her being on the phone) another one was on the computer watching YouTube while eating chips. I recommend maybe having a line set up or maybe have a staff acknowledge any clients if they look a bit lost. Big picture though, i think the staff and Monique are very nice and helpful and went beyond normal service even though I had an odd request. I can tell she works at her job to make sure clients are happy. I'm so lucky i ran into a sample sheet at another store that had a tile that looks exactly the same as the one I need and I'm so happy there was a store near my house that had samples of it in stock!"
