"Upon coming to this store i was not let inside by an employee (a short older woman didnt get her name) because it is supposedly an online store where you have to order something online beforehand and come to pick it up i do not know if this is true or not i tried to download the ace hardware app to order what i needed on the spot which was a gallon of black primer paint after i told the woman what i needed she started to ask me for an id to prove that i was 18 i turned 18 last year but didnt think to bring an id with me to the hardware store? I felt profiled and judged by this employee and by this store if you would like to shop with helpful employees that respect your privacy i suggest you head to one of the many richmond district ace hardwares as they are much better then this."
