"Open until 9pm on Sunday! All other hardware stores were already closed Sunday night at 8pm. I drove from San Mateo to Ace in san Bruno. Ace had what I needed urgently, I got in with 4 minutes before closing. The store team are awesome. I was pleasantly shocked for the fact that this Ace is also a full grocery store."

"Need to give applause to the customer service. I called the Ace to ask for an extremely small hex key, which unfortunately Ace didn’t have at the time. This key is not easy to be found on physical retails anyhow. Although, the Ace guy was helpful and spending time checking to see the item availability. He even suggested on some ideas where I should be able to find it! Even though, I didn’t buy anything at this time, but I would love to visit Ace if I have a chance again. It’s important to help support local business. And his service is the reason why brick&mortar can outperform online retail!"
