"I’ve been a big (Big creek Lumber) customer for over 15 years. I recently had to drive over 90 minutes to this store because the big creek near me didn’t have the materials I needed. As i was loading some fence boards on my truck Adam the “store manager” approached me and very rudely told me that I can’t be selecting which boards I wanted. I tried to explain that I would re-stock every board I had set apart and he said, “NO you will pay extra for selecting the boards or you can unload the boards you have on your truck and leave my store!” I already had over 50 boards on my truck and there is no posted sign informing customers of this “policy”. When I was loading the boards 2-3 employees approached me and very politely offered assistance, but thanks Adam’s customer service I will NEVER shop at this store as long as hes there as a manager. Employees customer service - 10/10 incredible, polite, helpful Adam’s Customer service 0/10 rude, disrespectful. Adam needs know respect is earned not given"

"Charlie at the desk and the delivery guy are 100% of what you want your employees to be. Great costormer service. But the fencing boards look like crap. The way they handle the boards at the Mill ruins one side of the board. So if you want to build a one sided fence this is the place."
