"Walked in on time and waited 10 minutes until anyone thought it was time I get acknowledged. The women in the front look like they never get up off that chair and talk to you with a rude, disgusting, passive aggressive attitude. One of them was calling me “babe” while helping me out and that’s just extremely inappropriate, and qualifies as verbal sexual harassment. Poorly trained staff and I would not recommend this place to anybody. I’m shocked at my experience."

"First off they have a new address. Which wasn’t given to us before our appointment. I had to call the day of because the address they gave me was not the correct address and it belongs to a new business. They sent according to them and when they read the number back to me it was an unknown number! When we arrived they don’t honor the time they give you. ITS FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS, they give u a time and wait for hours. We waited for 2 hours to be seen. We were told 11am and someone with a 12 appointment was seen before us! Like really. Seems very disorganized here. If your appointment is at 11 come in at 7am to be seen on time"

"If I could give 0 starts I would! I’ve been bringing my kids here for over 10 years, never had an issue with no one, my kids love it here, but since the management changed here it’s been a chaos. They booked my 4 kids at the same time and told me to let them wait in the waiting room. I came in with only 2 of my kids age 2 and 6. They told me I was only allowed to go inside with one kid at a time, I asked if I could bring in my 2 year old with me because he can not stay in the waiting room alone. They told me for the next time I should leave them home, mind you I don’t have a babysitter to watch over them. Eventually I went inside with my 2 year old because my 6 year old was getting a filling done and he wanted me to be in the room with him and of course I couldn’t leave my 2 year old alone in the waiting room. The girl from the front desk (unfortunately I can’t remember her name) rushed in to the room and started yelling at me without any shame in raising her voice in front of the doctor and everyone. Even the doctor was surprised at her reaction and said she was going to report whatever happened. I asked to speak with the manager, the manager told me that it’s not her responsibility, she couldn’t care less if I was not going to come back anymore and that they’re loosing 4 clients. I was so upset by all this that I canceled all the appointments and never went back again. We'll miss our favorite dentist, Dr. Armenian, but unfortunately the staff ruined it for us, after this experience I will never ever go back again and won’t recommend anyone else to do so!"

"Yesterday, they called to confirm our 12:30 pm appointment today, instructing us not to let our 7-year-old daughter eat or drink after midnight. However, after waiting for an hour, we discovered they didn’t have insurance authorization. It’s quite a disorganized dental office"

"I have been bringing my kids here since they were 2 years old, and today I have had it with their call centers, office employees, including their manager. None of them know what they’re talking about, they are clueless to what’s going on in the office. I confirmed our appointment like 5 times and mentioned the doctor we want to be seen by and still the location was wrong, I had to leave early to get to their other location Huntington Park, find out the doc had called in sick back. All you get is that they understand and they’re sorry. Well I’m sorry but that does not fix the problem. We have been loyal clients to them, but this is not ok at all to be treated this way by them. The manager of the Glendale location keeps on saying you misunderstood, and it was very rude of her to say that to me because I did not misunderstand anything. She changed my original appointment and said I cannot guarantee which doc you will get when nothing was finalized. This place used to be very organized and the staff super nice and welcoming, now they are not. Hopefully things will change."
