"I needed a turnbuckle and fast. Not a single Ace Hardaware (or Lowes or Home Depot) had it in stock except in Fairfax. Picked it up curbside and Rupa brought it to my car. It was 1/2 and inch too big. Went looking for the next size smaller, only Fairfax had it. Picked it up first thing in the morning great service. Every employee was interested in me getting what I needed and Rupa searched it out for me and told me to return the first one for a refund. I had only been to this hardware/garden/curio store once before this weekend but all three of my experiences their were somehow better than any other hardware store. And I have been to a lot of hardware stores."
