"I feel like this company took advantage of us. Frankie came in to look at storm damage and made me believe that our insurance would cover everything. He never once went over prices of his work or anything like that and had me believe it was all covered under insurance. None of it was covered and not even the storm damage and we had to pay him over $5,000 for him to put up fans and a tarp on our roof that didn’t even cover the leek. We cant afford to fix any of the house damage now. I had never been in a situation with storm damage and dealing with stuff like this so I was naïve, and I feel like you took advantage of that. I pray it doesn’t happen to anyone else."

"Some of the best people I've done business with, I highly recommend them! My house was a disaster after a frozen pipe incident. Frankie fit me in when no one else could (it was a bad winter around here) and started working right away. Other problems, which the previous owner of my house had covered up, were discovered during the renovation process, and they took care of all of it for me. The whole crew was so nice, trustworthy, and reliable. Real people, not salespeople. And the price I paid for everything was very fair. I'm extremely happy with the work they did on my house, albeit a little sad they won't be back around."
