"Do NOT take your vehicles here for fixing. My Kia was broken into. AAA towed it to Caliber Collision. They had my car for 5 months kept postponing when it would be done, due to a part being on back order. I had to involve the BAR (Bureau Automotive Repair) to get my vehicle back. At that point, the fixed the broken part and gave me back my vehicle. Which could have been done, months sooner!"
"I use Caliber Collision because I had used them several years ago in the past and they did a great job and once again they came through and I was even more impressed with this location. Not only were the service people super knowledgeable and went out of their way for every detail of explaining the process to me, they were super friendly in the process also. Pete the service man was a great person to work with. When the car came back which was less than half the time they told me it would take to work on the car I thought I was getting a new car back. Now I feel like I have my new car back again and I park it far away from all the other cars in the parking lots. I've already started to refer people to caliber as I have had good luck with them and I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to take your car into. I went to some other places and they told me it was going to be a month before they could even look at it. Caliber gave me a quote within a few days and I had them working on it within a week. This is a Hidden Gem I just hope that not everybody finds out about it."
