"I have used H and R Block for the last 4 yrs and my daughters use them also."

"My tax agent took 5 hours to do my taxes as I sat there. She was interrupted multiple times for someone to use her desk and send a fax or scan a document. Then she messed up the numbers. after questioning it twice she went back and looked at the numbers and fixed it. Lastly the telephone consent form that boldly says we don't have to sign it to receive services MUST be signed or the prepared can't send it on. This is highly unethical to tell us one thing is required then force us to accept and later call a 1877 number to cancel it. Meanwhile our cell number is sold to all your affiliates. I have used hr block for quite a number of years. Last year my tax preparer disappeared without a trace and no email sent to me to find someone else. Then, the year before that the same preparer got COVID and couldn't respond back. The office said she was out on vacation and would be back a week later. She didn't return for 4 months! Tired of all the trouble. Will likely find a CPA for next year."
