"I'm waiting at the customer service desk for assistance. A few minutes pass and the phone rings. An employee comes over to where I am, same side of the desk. He had to move the phone a couple inches because I was right there. He answered the phone helped the lady on the phone. Yes, I was close enough to hear her voice. He was less than a foot away from me. Then he hung up and walked away. Without a word to me. Great customer service. I can see how much the employees care about the customer."
