"My unit was getting old and part of my house didn't heat or cool well. MJ heat and air told me "it's sized right because we sized it ourselves, it's just this old unit, a new one will fix it". Nope, same problem. I reported the issue, they sent two guys out who said they needed to install a fan in the duct and that they would call me the next day. That obviously didn't happen. I started calling months ago and it's always the same story "I'll take a message, there's nobody here who can help, they'll have to call back". 5 attempts from me calling, ranging from polite asking to yelling. All fruitless. If you value your dollar, don't spend it here."

"Absolutely concerning what these gentlemen do for money. I’ve payed several of thousands of dollars to get my air conditioner fixed yet they can’t fix it even though I payed for a 10 year warrant regarding this service. They only clearly care about the money and nothing else. They are a horrid service. No one should deal with what they put you through. They steal your money and run off. I’ve reported this business to the better business bureau (BBB) too see what I can do about this situation regarding the scam they’ve cooked up. I HIGHLY recommend no one comes here. They will steal your money every opportunity they have."

"I have called this company to my house 4 times in the past 5 weeks and I had to call them again today because my AC unit was not cooling. The technicians are very nice but they seem unable to fix the problem even after I spent $1000.00 with them. I called today, FRIDAY at 1pm, and the lady on the phone said that there would be an OVERTIME CHARGE. I need to reiterate that it is a weekday and it is 1pm! She was very rude and completely unhelpful. DO NOT USE THEM! They are more concerned about money than they are giving good service. Find another company"
