"i have yet to buy anything from this store but i can say that the customer service is STELLAR. bunkered down with the staff and some other groups during the tornado from today (12/9/23). they stayed calm, they stayed cheerful and talkative, they helped relax my little sister on her first visit to nashville and tennessee in general!! they let us into the back hallway and left their door open into their store front and thank god they did, because a group further down the hallway started screaming and then there was running and pushing and my partner, my sister, and i were able to get back into the fossil store and be safe there to wait out the tornado warning. thank you to the staff members! didn't catch any names but yall are perfect and angels and i hope you all have the best holiday season and get all the commissions and yall deserve a RAISE etc etc!!! i will be a future buyer when it's less insane in the mall and also not random tornado season!!! thank you fossil staff!!!"

"My review isn't a negative to fossil as I love the brand, but the individual salesman that was helping me showed me one watch I asked about and then we went to another area to look at more watching. In the middle of us talking about them, he asked to be excused and proceeded to the back. I would say 20 seconds passed, and he came back out, I figured he was going to walk back to me and help, but instead went behind the counter in front and just stood there. We both made eye contact, and then he just turned away and never came back to help me. It's really a shame because it's staff like this that looses the business of people who want to spend their money for a watch."

"Back in December bought a couple of watches. One was a gift and the other was going to be mine. But the one for me ended up being the gift. When I bought them I asked the sale rep could I bring back the other if my buddy chose the one I purchased for myself. He told me yes, and he gave me the two watch discount and the 25% off discount I had. Went in today to exchange the watch, for the one I wanted and it was not ringing up correctly. It was going to cost me $16 and not an even exchange. The sales rep and the manager were great. They worked their magic and corrected the issue and made it an even exchange. Thanks for making it a great experience Dunya and manager Chris I believe."

"I bought a watch the day before didn’t have anything I wanted to engrave we can back the next day because I wanted to get my name on it we got there at 10:00 not expecting them to be open and waited a hour and no one even came into the store it was left a mess and bags were on the ground and doors were open after spending $400 in the past 3day here I would expect them to have better service after a hour of waiting they finally open and while we waiting for the doors to open the worker if filing her finger nails."
