"I've been to Pandora in multiple states and countries since my wife is a huge fan. The service we received in the Murfreesboro store has been the worse. The young lady there didn't even offer us to see the catalog while we waited. Had a few questions in which she ignored. Do Not recommend coming to this location. Seeing previous reviews, now it all makes sense. Worst part is after having us wait 30min, 3 more sales people came from the back. Still spent a few hundred but service was horrendous."

"I have been here many times but my last two visits were TRASH my recent visit on Thursday evening was horrible I went in looking for the 50% off sale and I was greeted with attitude notifying me they close in 15 minutes! And then I asked to look at rings and the manger pointed at the glass with our offering to take it out for me. I then asked to purchased a ring and they just gave me a ring with a bag or box. They very very RUDE and unpleasant for absolutely no reason"

"I was interested in a ring from here. I call to make sure it’s sold at this location and they had exactly what I was looking for. I told them I was on my way to come pick it up. We arrive to pick it up and they already sold it. Waste of my time and gas."

"I entered the store around noon on July 31st. I was prepared to purchase a bracelet, spacers & 3-4 charms. To my surprise the two girls that was working had no time for me. One girl was talking with a lady & the other girl decided to walk over to another couple who were browsing not knowing what they wanted. I knew exactly what I wanted. Regardless, of what they thought I had cash money to make a purchase. They never spoke or said anything. I stood there for about 10 minutes & left. They never even addressed me as I was leaving. It’s all good. I’ll never purchase anything from that store."
