"Christina Evingham was unbelievable and went above my expectations. I was told at a previous store that when my wedding ring broke the warranty on the ring did not cover it. I was fixing another ring and she looked everything up for me and I was told I was misinformed. Not only did she get one ring fixed for me she also did extra work to look up my wedding ring and get it replaced about two years after it broke. I gave up hope after calling corporate and going into the store it was purchased. Customer service in most stores does not exist. She went above and beyond and I am beyond grateful!!!!"
