"Rude service. Today they opened late. Walked in 3rd in line- came in for an adjustment of a watch that was bought here that ended up loose on my dads wrist. Bought it a couple days ago and was told they'll adjust it anytime. Ok well my dad was excited to wear it went in to get adjusted to fit him only to be told to our face “no we cant do it we are busy.” And on to the next person. Amazing. “Anytime” apparently only applies when they are trying to sell you something. Good to know. If this wasnt a gift i would've returned the item on the spot."

"** Edit: Upgraded from one star to three. Randy (he gets 5 stars); the new store manager, stepped in and helped get this situation resolved. He was fabulous and had a new ring made for me. The new ring (after the old one was repaired the stone fell out again the day after I got it back) has worked out great. No issues with the stones this time. If you go to Kay, be sure to ask for Randy. He is what this store needed! Do NOT waste your time here. My husband purchased a ring here for my graduation and less than a month later a stone fell out. The stone and ring were sent to be repaired and I was told it was going to cost twice the purchase price to reset the stone, even though the prong wasn't damaged. After being laughed at I was told that the estimate was incorrect, it would cost the same as the original purchase price. I have escalated this to corporate and am being told that it will be 7 to 10 business days before someone can help me. Save yourself the hassle and headache and shop elsewhere."
