Thank you Karen, a lot of other stores not only in the mall need that magnificent attitude and care you have, you set the standards really high for you and set them high for the store as well, I will definitely come back to the store to buy some more just to see that attitude and attention you reflect. "I hate shopping in general unless I know exactly what I want to buy. I came in there in search for jewelry for my sister’s chaotic quinceañera. Everyone there was attentive & had a great sense of humor(don’t understand why some people bash this store for, probably bc they didn’t get their way), but one in particular, Evelyn, went above and beyond to assist me in not just finding the right one, but also with the engraving on one of the plaques for the necklace. Very mature for her age, exceptionally rare seeing this level of maturity for her age not just in a very busy store, but in this generation… keep it up!"

"Everyone at the this store are great people. They speak with respect and have a genuine intent to care for what you buy. I was helped out a couple of days ago by one of the associates named Gaby and she did a wonderful job at showing me everything in the store. She knew exactly what I was looking for. She also went out of her way to get to know me a little better so she would know exactly what I was looking for first time around instead of guessing what I was looking for. This was one of my top rated pandora visits."

"When you let the sales lady know you need a little bit of time to decide on a charm and she states......we don't let people do that when it's to busy over the holiday season. So you leave and find a store with better customer service. I would give this a 0 rating if I could.....not very welcoming"
