"3 years ago our dog ingested rodent poison on this property while we were away. The autopsy showed death by internal bleeding with chemically perforated organs. When we informed them, we never heard from them again. Preceding that, they confused which dog was which. We didn’t sue. We just lost our dog to poison while away on vacation. After ten years as customers you’d think there would be some sort of outreach or condolences or offer to pay the ER or autopsy bills. Nothing but silence."
