"I bought a necklace from them and the chain started to tarnish after about a month. I contacted them and explained the situation and learned about the necklace making process and gave me a little tour. It was the vendor’s chain that tarnished, NOT their strings. They communicated to me that they are looking for a new vendor so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. They truly care about their quality and their customers. I am getting a full replacement for the necklace that tarnished. They also gave me a replacement for my other necklace just in case even though it was not tarnishing. I will definitely buy from them again because this isn’t their fault, they have beautiful jewelry, and this handled this situation AMAZINGLY!!! I usually don’t complain about products or write reviews (I get too scared to be a Karen lol) but this company deserves to get a full review because I’m so impressed."
