"Went to buy a ring for my friend at the Nashville store and the sales associate was very rude and treated me poorly. I could only see one ring at a time. I could not remember which ring my friend wanted and wanted to see multiple rings and I did not get to do so. I just bought the one I was only able to see and said to myself my friend can bring it back if its not what she wants. I went in there 2 weeks later to get a bracelet and a different rep gave me the same treatment. Again I love the jewelry but the sales associates are horrible at customer service. The sales associate Fatima that is always kind and nice to me was not there on the days I went. I wish she was. I will not be going back to the Nashville location to spend my hard earned money. I emailed corporate and still have yet to get a response. This is very sad because this is a high end jewelry store. The security guy was very nice and welcoming but not the associates."

"Went inside to buy two of their classic stackable bracelets. The security guard greeted me as I entered and I walked over to the displays to begin making my selection. As I was browsing I realized no one spoke to me or acknowledged my presence. There were two salespeople in the store. Granted they were assisting people, but neither of them even looked in my direction. A simple “be with you in a moment” or “welcome in” would have sufficed. However, they continued to look right past me. This experience completely deterred me from making a purchase."

"I went in very overwhelmed. Brandon introduced himself and put me at ease right away. He provided Wonderful service and helped me pick out exactly what my wife wanted. I’ve had a few other things come up and he was never more than a text away. I highly recommend using Brandon. They are lucky to have him."

"Well the Jewelry is eye catching but more than that the staff really does work together to help each other and that is hard to find nowadays. When your staff is happy it shows thru there work which helps with good customer service. The management team is on top of there game for Product knowledge and the sales people are the best I have seen it's like a family type atmosphere which is hard to find in a retail environment. Keep up the Good Work to your Management and Staff. I look forward to just seeing how far this staff can go with the improvements it is making toward product knowledge, marketing and customer service. Everything in life is never perfect in your home, friends or work of life. But this is as close as it gets towards perfection."
