"I was called by the rep to come in @ 5. I waited 2 1/2 hrs while 2 "walk-ins" arrived and were serviced. I inquired when I would be called & told I was next. I'll be damned if the rep came out & told the clerk another walk in would be real quick and escorted that person back! I went to the desk to inquire was I not next? That heffa fixed her lips to lie. Took everything in me to not wipe that desk clean before I walked out. Terrible service!"
