"I had jennifer white who works at the hernando walmart location to come to southaven for my appt. I really appreciated her and yall should too because i was there at 10:30 a.m., my appt. was at 11a.m. and no one showed up, after all kinds of reminders and this is what happened. It kind of made me have a bad taste in my mouth because 1st impressions are everything with me especially when im spending money with you. I called the office and no answer, i called the hotline i got a representative that couldnt get anyone, no mgr, no district mgr. no one. He kept apologizing and wanting to set up another appt.as if i couldnt. Why do that if no one showed up today. I was ready to file a complaint, leave a badcreview until i left snd was bout 10 min. Out and jenjifer called and apologized, gave me a brief run dwn of why and what led to her coming and told me you can come back i will take you because its my fault. It wasnt her fault but employees like this should never go unnoticed because they are scarce, few, and one of a kind. Mark my words it take one to know one. Thanks jennifer because i know and could bet no one says it to you as needed."
