H&R Block,

"I usually go to another H&R block for my taxes. My W2 form unfortunately did not have the correct information on how much taxes were being taken out every check last year so it didn't add up from how last year taxes were handled & mind you nothing has changed on how much was taken out my check every week.. Instead of noticing the mistake or informing/asking about it on the form(not even returning the obviously incorrect W2 form) they preceded to try to charge me a fee to file a incorrect form that I now owed IRS money instead. I was also sorta being compared to another customer which I thought was odd almost like I didn't know any better about my taxes. Another worker also thought they could make smart remarks on my behalf claiming I couldn't pay there fee anyways after getting my incorrect W2 form back.. definitely not appreciated. It turns out the tax company that made my W2 form from my job did do my taxes incorrectly also.."
