"Today I was informed that I had a balance of $169 for 2015. I filed my 2019-2020 taxes around October of 2021 and this was not brought up. This was also not brought up when the agent pulled my history while preparing my taxes."

"Agent didn't give me all info before issuing Emerald card; extremely stressed and unhappy with all the hidden fees and having to spend my money in order to use it. Also a lady who had shown up late for her appointment came back during my appointment and the receptionists came back asking how long we would be. My appointment was from 9 am till 10:30 am. I arrived 10 minutes early and waited patiently. 9:30 am she had come back at least 3x to ask how long we would be. This was extremely frustrating to me. I felt rushed and I made a terrible decision choosing the Emerald card because I was ready to go; I felt my time not important even though i picked a time I really didn't want so I could use the agent I've been using the past few years. I'm still extremely irritated and won't feel relaxed until I am able to remove all the money from my card; NOT happy that i have to pay fees to get my money. Extremely inconvenient and I'm frugal in spending my money. I will most likely use a different"

"I've had my taxes done at this location for the last few years and Diane has been great. They have my taxes done normally in a half hour and have been very flexible on appointments. Sadly I have moved too far away to justify driving back to this location, but I will be using H&R Block again this year. I'm not sure what the one star review on this location has to do with the business, but don't let it discourage you from using this Business."
