"I had my wedding ring set resized here. I was expecting a wonderful experience, as this business is a local favorite. Unfortunately my experience was very lack-luster. The front desk girls were inattentive (preoccupied and on their phones) and unhelpful in helping me choose what size my rings needed to be. Very hands off. And the ring size options only included whole and half sizes. Once the work was completed I had to call and see if they were ready for pick up. They had been done for a couple of days, and I was disappointed they did not notify me when they were ready. Unfortunately the ring size I chose is still a bit loose, as I was not given any options other than whole and half size. All in all, attention to detail and making the customer feel they are important was missing from my experience. The jeweler himself was friendly upon my first visit in, therefore I allot 3 stars."
