"I went in today to ask for a repair to the clasp of a rope necklace I bought several months ago. The chubby guy says I won't charge you if the spring is missing. You should replace it for free. The clasp doesn't close anymore. No wear and tear on necklace at all. The jewelry is really over priced and they take advantage of people of color's ignorance on jewelry. That is not in a disrespectful way. I suggest going somewhere else. They knock the price down like they are giving you a deal in actuality that's the price they were going to charge anyway. I know I won't go back to these sheisty people."

"I just got a custom piece done here, and WOW!!! Love it. One of a kind, Rose Gold grill with Champagne and Chocolate Diamonds!!!! Absolutely love it. Fits perfectly, no sharp edges. And the price was affordable. They told me 2 weeks, but it was done in a week. They do excellent work, with impeccable timing. Staff was really nice as well. I’m only buying from here from now on!"
