"I got a pandora ring (from the online store) that was too big for my finger. I called and talked to Shannon, who was the sweetest and most helpful person. They put a guard on my ring to make it fit, but they also told me in a week or so to call back and we can try to get the correct size ordered! They also offer free ring cleaning! I definitely recommend this jewelers!"
