"Charged $160 for a $50 thermostat. It causes my heat pump to run constantly unlike the original. The thermostat wasn’t the problem. Told me it was a programmable thermostat but it isn’t. Also charged me $100 just to come to my house for which I got nothing. Then charged me for labor on top. Will never use them again."

"Compass is an amazing company! Sometime while we were out of town the HVAC drain pipe got clogged and flooded our basement. I had called half a dozen other companies and nobody was taking new clients or had time to send anyone out. Phyllis at the office originally told us it would be Thursday before she could send someone out, but then called within a couple hours and sent us someone who had a break in his day. Donnie came out and got us taken care of within 30 minutes. Prices are very fair and everyone was very nice and professional. We will definitely be using this company in the future!"
