"Our elevator has not worked in three weeks. They have been here twice and still didn’t have what they needed to fix it. They say it is an issue about not needing a whole brake system and motor but a part of it and the company won’t sell just the part. Not even the elevator we originally picked out but United Elevator asked to put a new model in. We have nothing but issues with the brake system since day one. I’m just tired of calling and getting nowhere!!"

"This company has sent a worker to our condo building in Sevierville TN to fix our elevator so many times in the past few weeks I've lost count. Each time it costs hundreds of dollars and the problem has yet to be properly diagnosed and fixed. They just keep ordering more parts that dont work. Guests have been getting trapped on this elevator and having to call 911. There is an out of order sign in it now and guests that are unable to climb stairs are having to cancel their reservations. Yet, we wait for that next part to come in on Monday... Update for 03-19-19...this company supposedly rebuilt the shaft on our elevator with some kind of jb weld a few months ago and it was suppose to be "fixed" The elevator is already down again and has been for a few days. It leaks out all of the fluid and they just keep showing up with buckets of oil and making a mess on the concrete in front of the elevator. If keeping an elevator running is important to your business do not contact this company. They have to be the most incompetent people on Earth."
