After many visits and applications of their highly touted, very costly sealant, the chimney is still leaking. I finally have realized that this was a job for a roofer. The expensive sealant is not working."

"Came to do chimney sweep. Turns out my fireplace is ventless. So didn’t do that. Tried to light the pilot light. Said he was a gas technician. After trying for a while he could not light it and said he didn’t know what was wrong. Charged me $195 for just that. Come to find out it only needed cleaning. Shouldn’t he have known that?"

"I found this company on Angie’s list because I wanted a company working in my home that was licensed and insured. The employee who does their scheduling is very kind and she had no problem providing me with proof of insurance via email. She was also able to get me in for service within a day. I had a problem with my dryer not heating up to the correct temperature so I had them come out to check my dryer vents. Their employee Mark came out and was very courteous and friendly. I had been only living in my home for a year but it seemed that in the 14 years since my home had been built no one had ever cleaned the dryer vents because the amount of lint Mark cleared out could have filled the back of a pick up truck! I was very close to having a dryer fire and from now on I will make it a priority to remember to get my vents cleared once a year. I was very happy with the service Mark provided as he was on time courteous and professional and I will be asking him to help me with other jobs in the future."
