While another company didn’t even find the problem and offered 3 tiers of pricing for a repair, with the top one being at about 20k, Paul tried to understand the issue and start w small steps - literally saving me thousands. You can tell he and his wife are good people with your best interest. Only problem - hard to get a hold of him - he’s in demand, but definitely worth the wait."
