"Jeremy was fantastic! Our 11-year-old Honda push mower had only been serviced one time, receiving a general tune up years ago, and it was high time we got it serviced again. I had been putting it off year-by-year because the grass would suddenly spring up in late February or early March before I could take the mower somewhere for a general pre-season tune-up. We didn't really want to go back to the same place we had used years ago, so we started searching for a new service provider. I came across JC's Small Engine Repair and saw that he had 5 stars and read some of the reviews. I felt pretty confident at that point that he was probably the right guy, but you never know if you're going to be the exception to the rule. He delivered above and beyond. He did more than I expected by far and charged a very fair rate, especially considering he took on the job the very same day I called and had it completed by the end of the day! He was friendly and very communicative. I didn't have to chase him down to find out what was going on with my mower; he reached out to me with important updates throughout the day. When he encountered some additional issues that needed to be addressed, he asked me first before proceeding with additional repairs. He provided so much value for the price he charged that had I not already written a check I brought with me or had I any cash in my wallet, I would have given him a tip! Also, I found out that he doesn't ever ask his customers/clients for reviews. He didn't ask me for this one. People like me leave reviews like this because of the service Jeremy provides each and every customer. You can tell when you meet Jeremy that he's full of passion for what he does. He told me, "I love this". How often do you find that these days? When you find it, stick with it. I wouldn't take my mower or weedeater to anyone else."
