"I bought a new construction house in April 2022. The HVAC system was extremely loud and inefficient. I called a few businesses to discuss repairs, and Standard Air was the most responsive and professional. They came out and did a very thorough evaluation of my HVAC system. They made recommendations to me to fix the issues, and they were able to perform the work within a couple of weeks of me signing the quote. The crew was very professional and friendly. I have animals, and the crew members were very nice to my pets. The repairs took most of the day, and I left for an appointment late afternoon, at which point my wife stayed with the crew. My wife was very comfortable around them and felt very respected and safe. I am very fit and due to my body composition and exercise routine, I tend to run very hot. In February 2024, I contracted with Standard Air to enhance my house’s cooling capacity. Forrest and Noah came out and assessed my house and walked through the options, ranging from well within my budget to the upper limit. Forrest answered all of my questions and I opted for mini-splits. Marshall, Mike, Noah, Forrest, and another gentleman came out and installed. They did an amazing job! I highly recommend this company. The team at Standard is very responsive by email and they communicate very well. I will definitely be utilizing them again in the future. I highly recommend Standard for HVAC work!"

"Wow! So honest and reliable. I called them up at 9am off a Facebook recommendation and they showed up early to get my heat on. One of the first cold days, so you know they were busy! Ed the technician diagnosed an extremely difficult failure, then proceeded to drive over an hour away to get the parts needed to get us warm! Highly recommended definitely reasonably priced for a tough economy!"

"I rarely write reviews. My experience with a company either has to be extremely poor OR extraordinarily great for me to do so, and I’m happy to say that in this case, the latter is true of my experience with Standard Air. When my AC went out earlier this summer, I reached out to Forrest (thanks to a coworker’s recommendation), and he immediately got a technician out to my home. They were timely, courteous, and made a temporary fix so that I would be comfortable while waiting for a new unit. They went up to bat for me with Goodman since my unit was still under warranty, they maintained communication during the waiting process, and they installed the new unit the day after it arrived at their shop. The guys who did the install noticed a problem with the emergency heat and let me know about it. They could have let it slide since I wouldn’t have realized the issue until the winter (and maybe not even then), but they were men of integrity and wanted to make sure that everything was done right the first time. I really appreciated that AND their commitment to fixing it, even though it wasn’t their mistake to begin with. Carson came out to make the final adjustments, and he was extremely professional and kind. I often feel slightly uneasy about having workers out at my home, but everyone that I dealt with from Standard Air put me right at ease, so much so that I trusted them to work at my house while I wasn’t at home. That’s a rare find these days, and I’m so grateful for their commitment to excellence and customer service and care. All in all, my experience with this company was an A++, and I will certainly be recommending them to friends and family.
