Our homeowners policy was going to charge us for a new unit that was too big and very expensive. We contacted Brian who came out on a Saturday morning and told us the unit they were trying to sell us was not the right fit and would cause us more problems and he replaced the compressor with the right size unit within a few days at a fraction of the cost. He set us up on a maintenance program as well to keep it serviced to prevent future problems.
