"Rooter Man came out to solve our drains backing up. They came quickly and diagnosed that our septic tank was likely full. They located my tank, which I had no idea about, and told me they would need to dig up the tank for access in order to see the state of it. They dug it up with a machine, pumped my tank with their pump truck, and showed me that the pipes coming in and out were blocked with waste. They cleared the pipes to and from the tank. They put green risers on my tank lid to give access to pump it without needing to dig it up in the future. I had no idea I was even on septic, and now I know I have to pump it every 3-5 years. They showed me there were roots grown inside of our field lines and explained that we would back up again if it wasn't fixed. They offered us different possible solutions and I went with a repair as it was the cheaper option. They explained it was not a guaranteed solution as there might not be any good pipe. They dug up the field lines and attempted a repair. Fortunately, they found good pipe, and we only lost about 10 to 15 feet of field lines. They were very transparent, communicative, and professional. We are so happy and relieved to be able to use our facilities again after them being down almost the whole day. They even left our yard looking decent for how muddy and wet it was after the rain! I can't recommend Rooter Man enough!"
