"Trent did a great job with my hardwood floor repair & finishing job in Goodlettsville. We had an unknown leak behind the washing machine that when found led to us needing to have some repairs done which also meant the majority of our home needed to be sanded & stained to match the repairs. It was such a RELIEF to be able to call Trent & have a quick quote & schedule the start date far enough out to prepare. The job was started & finished on time & he even replaced some wood thresholds we had on our bathrooms to match the new flooring. Really hard to find service providers who do what they say they will on time & on budget. Hope I never need it again but if I do I know who to call & where to refer others."

We found Trent of Affordable Floors in Hendersonville to “redo” our botched install of a hardwood floor after Home Depot of Hendersonville took over 8 months to do a kitchen remodel a poor job on our hardwood floor installation, which had many damaged and splintered boards and hammer marks from unskilled or untrained installers. The manager of Home Depot’s flooring contractor, was willing to repair and or replace 44 boards that were identified as being damaged or flawed with knot holes and unstained blemishes and obvious multiple hammer marks made by the workers. Unfortunately, Home Depot’s response was that they would on replace 4! After filling a complaint with the Tennessee Consumer Affairs Department, Home Depot was forced to provide us with compensation for purchasing more flooring and having another installer do the repairs. Once we received the settlement check, I began to search for a company that would take on the task of cleaning up Home Depot’s mess! Affordable Floors was the one that was not only willing to do the job but also explained how it would be done and and was able to do so sooner tha we expected!
