"Took my laptop there it was having issues with crashing, and a hard drive problem, first they said it'd take three days, 3 days turned into over a week, (which I wouldn't have minded if they ACTUALLY fixed it) when I finally got my laptop back it looks like all they did was give it a factory reset because i was still having all but one of the same problems when I started it back up when I got home.
