Would NEVER work with this company. Sears and First American do NOT care about their clients. My fridge has been out since 10/28 and I cannot keep my insulin cold! 0 stars!!"

"ZERO STARS!!! I want to let everyone know why I did not rate this company with ANY STARS! TITOS was called out to my house through Sears home warranty to fix my dishwasher. He came and I was not too impressed with the first impression, however, I thought I would be nice and let him do his job. He ordered the parts and said he would follow-up within the week. The parts came in with in 1 week, no word from Titos. Approximately two weeks went by and I had to call him to see when he was coming back out to complete the job. His reply was "I will be there on Monday" that was 3 Monday's in a roll. He was A "NO SHOW" ALL 3 TIMES!!!! I called him today to get a refund and then he said, I'll be there on MONDAY, AGAIN...hahaha...where have I heard that before? I was FURIOUS and told him to refund my money and not to come back. He hung up on me! So I have paid this vendor for an incomplete job and he refuses to give my money back! WOW!!! Beware of this vendor and his habits! Oh, and he called Sears and told them I refused to let him into my house to fix the dish washer. Not true, he never came back to complete the job for me to refuse his service. FYI...DO NOT USE SEARS HOME WARRANTY FOR ANYTHING!"

"I had a very bad experience. Was suppose to come to repair my stove. He had a window between 8-5, never showed did not call. Sears has outsourced with this company. My stove has been out since July 15, still not fixed! So disappointed!"

"Tito just finished his second job for us. The first was on a dishwasher, the second a refrigerator. Perfect jobs, both times. Tito's a good guy: Fair price, great work, and honest. Myself, I'm a pretty greedy guy, but I couldn't ask for more."
