He checked and cleaned our dehumidifier and sump pump and even went as far as cleaning up debris under the house left by plumbers during a recent remodel. His attention to detail makes us so glad we chose AFS for the job. When next year rolls around and we need an inspection of our equipment we will definitely be asking for Jordan to come out and do the job."

"I would not recommend AFS to do the job. I have had 2 different crews out to fix my basement leak issue. The first crew did not do a very good job taking out the drywall & studs. They threw out all most all of my baseboard which I could have reused as it’s the rubber/vinyl type & is just glued on. It comes off intact, so it was reusable & now I must try to find the same one or buy a new one for the entire basement. Just what I needed, more added cost that was preventable. The cement work they did was not done properly & another crew had to come out & fix it. Communication within the company is not great. At least 2 of the 4 times someone came out things were not communicated to them properly. First time, they were told the drywall was removed (it was not & I paid them to remove it), so they had to remove it then. Also, that my water heater was supposed to have been moved. This was never communicated to me by anyone. They also missed a section that was laid out on the plan so I had more leakage that could have been prevented. The next crew came out fixed the new leak, but they were not happy with the previous work done. They also had to do another layer of cement to fix the first crew’s errors. I’m now also left with decent sized clumps of cement that are anywhere from 12- 24 inches away from the wall on my floor in different areas. I'm not saying my basement floor was flawless, but I didn't' have clumps of cement on it before. The last pic is the 2nd crew & how they cut the drywall to fix the leak that was missed. Why is that one so much cleaner than everything else?! It doesn't make sense or seem right. Luckily, they left that baseboard for me. Although AFS fixed the leak, I’m now left having to come up with more money to fix the mess the first crew left me with. The people are nice enough, but I would look elsewhere to have your issue fixed. They have caused more expense to me than was necessary."

"Shout-out to installation crew of Tyler, Aldo and Evan! Courteous, pleasant and hard-working crew who did great work and turned our 900 square feet of crawl space “from ugly duckling to beautiful swan” in ONE DAY. Awesome job by them, and by our inspectors Jake and Keaton. Hats off to this team!"
