Prepaid for service on dishwasher Aug. 8th (my mistake) and as of today Sept. 10th repair has not been completed. They were a no show yesterday. I have requested a refund but doubtful i will ever see that money."

"Thought I was getting local service. Was routed to Estaban Service. They were prompt. Ran dryer spun and heated but had loud vibration. Tech said it was motor a ND drum bearings.He called someone and said a part was available and scheduled return for Monday. He verbally estimated around 380$ and said he would send written estimate. He sent estimate for someone's refrigerator, not my dryer. He no showed, finally texted he was waiting for part, would not let me know when to expect him. Next day I called service, got Susan who got guy to schedule return. My husband met him at house. Tech cleaned dryer, replaced belt which was not the real problem and charged 328$ said bearings and motor would be an additional 190$ and he would have to get part. Felt like scam calls were from. FLORIDA and Georgia, not Tennessee. Dryer still is not fixed. Have called to solve issue no response. Susan said the tech manager would call, did not and they sent another invoice after my Husband gave them their check...Inc. service call $400. Spent for not much. Do not use these service, they are not local."

They checked and said they couldn't come out for a week. I had been required to make a $59 deposit in my CC. I xcld the appointment as I needed something sooner. I hope I have no trouble getting a refund. Had I not called them I wouldn't have known anything. The appointment services appear to be off shore call center . Beware."
