"PROS: My phone was repaired within the time allowance stated. The price was as agreed upon. CONS: The staff lack any kind of customer service skills. Both unfriendly, so much so they bordered rude. No mention was made about me needing a screen protector and I had had the glass screen replaced. My daughter was with me and recommended one so I purchased one. Neither agent gave me any info or feedback after I mentioned needing a screen saver. More people skills are needed by these 2 young men."

In the past they also helped me find the correct battery for a remote when I didn't know which kind it took. The guys know their stuff and are friendly .5 stars would recommend."

I typed in iPhone repair online and “we fix it” were one of the first options , i called to see the price and they were very reasonable and friendly when I called.
