Then the same problem came back after ten days and had to take it to them for a serious inspection. They left it for another three days and did nothing. They would never call or text with any update. I had to show up every time in their store for an update. Please value customer's time."

I finally went to the office to get my Mac.There were several angry customers there. Larry was very disrespectful and lied and said the tech was just finishing work. The tech came out and said he could not fix my Mac after having it for 2 weeks. I demanded a refund and my computer. The owner lacks professional and is inexperienced working on Macs. Btw this business goes by several names."
