"They charge an upfront fee that should be applied to repair. I had a dishwasher that had a stopped up drain. Was here for less than an hour and total charge for the fee and work was $195. No parts needed. Communication was an issue as the man did not speak English well. The company was very shady in their calls and behavior. It’s totally on me for not smelling a shady operation. I worry now about leaks and such. I’ll not use them again and encourage others to not either."
"I contacted them about my dryer not working. Technician came out the next day and said my thermo fuse was blown and that was why my dryer wasn’t working. Came back the next day and replaced the thermo fuse. That didn’t fix the dryer. He now said it was the high limit switch and the owner would charge me another 125.00 to come back the next day and replace that. Told him I’d already taken two days off early from work and couldn’t take more time off to throw parts at it and hope that fixed the problem. I ask the technician would the owner discount the price for what they had done, since the repairs were incomplete and the dryer still didn’t work correctly. He said yes, I’m sure he will. I told him I’d order the parts online and do the repairs myself. Because to pay another 125.00 because they misdiagnosed the problem is insane!! Spent the next morning arguing back and forth with the shoddy owner for two hours about the repairs not being done correctly! The owner started calling me not an honorable man, a bully and using leverage to not pay my bill. Told him I never said I wouldn’t pay my bill, but it needed to be adjusted accordingly to the dryer not being repaired correctly! He would not adjust the price for his misdiagnosed repair plan! Said he would be more than happy for me to report him to the BBB! Also he advertised that he is in Spring Hill ,TN when actually he’s out of Laverne , TN… Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life! I am still with a broken dryer, he want’s 200.00 for his “partial repair ” and I have to try and repair the dryer myself! The guy was completely unprofessional! I just wish I’d read the reviews before contacting them!"
"Your Service and indeed your technician have been prompt, courteous and efficient. Our on and off problems with our old appliance was fixed once and for all. All the way from the call requesting service through the repair and invoice is excellent. Sincerely, Spring Hill Appliance Repair"
"I had a good experience with this company! I called on Monday 4pm to schedule an appointment, because my washing machine was leaking. They schedule an appointment next day. Mike called me in time that he was running late, if he could come one hour later. That was fine with me and he was there an hour later. Very professional and polite! He has knowledge of how my Whirlpool top loader works and after checking it out for 30 minutes, he showed me it was my drainage that was coming back up and that have caused the water pool on the floor. He gave me some tips for the small clog in my plumbing and how to over come it, but he also told me he was no plumber, that was his disclaimer :) I got it fix now by myself!! Thanks to Mike!"
"If I could give 0 or negative stars...I would. I needed a repair on my Samsung freezer. The repair person they sent who is supposedly the only "certified" person in my area, did not even know how to find the error code. I got charged $75 for a 15 minute visit while I did most of the work. He said he needed to order the part...understandable. I was told it would be on Monday or Tuesday. I get a call on Wednesday that the part is no longer available and they needed to call the plant (which is bull because I can find the part on Amazon and at hardware type stores). I stopped it right there. So after 5 days of no freezer, I am out $75 and still have a broken freezer. And extra notes...the phone number is for an answering service who just takes appointments."
