"Patriot Diesel is AMAZING! And saved me $17,000 after Future Ford said my dream 2002 Ford F250 Superduty 7.3 liter dealer maintained truck needed $17-$20,000 in repairs. Absolutely ludicrous! Not only did I not need these repairs ultimately but it turned out to be something entirely different. And all of it was repaired for under $2000 by Blake and his staff in a matter of 48 hours. Future Ford had my truck for over nine days and only accomplished a oil change, and a few basic services with a total lack of communication. There were points when the truck sat for a whole day and my calls were not even returned until almost 4:00 PM that afternoon. They use a decline/approve texting app that is worthless. My Service Advisor was a very nice young woman. However she miss relayed 95% of the information that was told by the tack. I will never go back to future forward. Patriot Diesel is the place for me. Blake is professional, communicates extremely well and regularly and kept me up-to-date on everything that was going on. And he did not do one single thing without my approval. These guys are absolutely amazing. I just drove the truck for 75 miles and it is like an entirely different truck. Keep in mind I was told by Future Ford that my in suspension was extremely dangerous and that all of it needed to be redone for a price tag of almost $3000. This was all fixed by Blake and his staff for $689 and you can now drive the truck with one finger. This is a truck that I’ve been saving for for years as I am approaching the age of 50 and have always wanted a 7.3 L diesel. But anybody that knows these trucks know they’ll go 500,000 miles if their maintained! So I have been searching for two years and I ended up purchasing this truck from a local dealer called ideal cars who are also absolutely amazing. Rusty and his staff are honest trustworthy and incredible. After searching for two years I bought this truck on 12/31 and dropped it off at Future Ford a few days later and asked them to change the oil and report back to me on anything that needed to be done as I wanted to take care of the truck since it’s been dealer maintained since it was new. That is where the fun begins. As I approved a few services here and there the estimates begin to grow by the thousands out of nowhere. it was absolutely ridiculous. After my service advisor at Future Ford told me that the truck was puking oil that was the point that I had enough. And I called her on the carpet and confronted her and said if that was the case I would absolutely have oil on the driveway but I do not. And she back peddled with her statement! And at that point I declined all the remaining services but one which was cleaning the battery terminals and I got that truck the hell out of Future Ford. After they had it for over nine days I took it to Blake and his staff at Patriot Diesel on Wednesday and they actually repaired the items that were really needed and they did it quickly and communicated every step of the way. I got it back today, Friday 1-28. I cannot encourage you enough to use Patriot Diesel and warn you strongly to stay away from the dealer at the Automall Future Ford. I was fully trusting my service advisor and almost approved over $10,000 worth of work thinking that this truck was not even safe to drive. None of that turned out to be true. Future Ford needs to completely revamp their business plan and change the way they do things. I’m still considering possibly filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Bureau of automotive repair. The only reason I probably will not was because Samantha my service wiser was at least extremely professional and friendly. I cannot recommend enough that you take your diesel truck or any other truck to Blake and his staff. At Patriot Diesel. These guys are amazing! Thanks Blake!!!"
