"Not a good company. Also called Mike Matthews Pool and Spa. Charged my credit card without giving me an invoice I called three times and requested the invoice. Instead of sending the invoice or responding they charged my card. They actually didn't fix the problem completely after they were unresponsive I had to call Pool Sharks to fix the leak on my pool pump. Steer clear not a good company. I will never use them again."

"This company closed my pool last fall. They were here 3 times before pool was properly closed. As we were getting ready to have the pool opened last week, we discovered that the guys who closed it broke a brand new Polaris 360 unit. I called 3 times to speak with the owner, (which were ignored.) On call 4, he told me his guys never broke equipment. I would not recommend this company for pool work."

"I called several weeks ago for an estimate and I hadn’t heard anything yet. The gentleman told me he would get with his contractor to get me the quote. Today I get a call from a lady there. She said “You want a removal right?” I said no and explained that I’d called to get an estimate on tile replacement and brick repair. She put me on hold and cane back a few seconds later to say “we’re just going to cancel the whole thing”. Seems to me they can’t keep their business straight so I’ll just move on and give my money to someone who can."

"This company is also called Matthews pool. I Hired this company to install a new spa pump in my hottub. They came out, installed a new pump but did not test it. I came home, filled with water and turned it on and it was leaking from new pump. A week later they returned to check out the pump. A week later they came to repair the pump instead of replacing it with a new one, the owner told me a new pump was on back order and would be 2 months. they were about to leave again without testing it and I said no, you need to test it. We started to fill it and it began to leak immediately. A few days later I called to fire the company and the owner said he had a pump on it's way. I dont like dishonest people trying to save themselves money insteadof doing the job right . Also On a wet and rainy day they trampled through the wet yard leaving deep boot prints all over the place. My yard will need to be repaired now."
