"They told me they were going to come to finish an unfinished repair for over 3 months. They never called or showed up. Poor customer service. “Update” To the reply from the owner. I was involved in the transaction. The repair was a part of a legal contract we signed during the purchase of the property. The repair wasn't finished due to a pipe that was left cut in half. Even if you felt like it was complete. This doesn't excuse the poor customer service. You texted me back 3 different times telling me you were coming to finish up. Just because someone else paid you doesn't mean I don't deserve good service, so stop making excuses be a man, and apologize."

"Pool pump went bad on a Sunday night. I called Elite Monday morning and Mike was able to come over that day and diagnose it. Didn't try to up-sell me things I didn't need, and then he scheduled the repair for the next morning. Seth came out early the next morning and installed the new pump, was super efficient and courteous. When he was finished everything looked great and he took the time to go over his work with us."
