I believe I worked with the two best employees within the system, which were Brian and Neilson. They were awesome from the beginning to the end of the visit. They were both very knowledgeable, polite, patient, and professional. I highly recommend this location and will definitely use them again."

"Disappointed. I was NOT TOLD that it was possible that during replacement of the battery in my tablet that it could be rendered UNUSABLE. Had I been told, I would probably have still attempted the repair but ONLY AFTER the battery was DEAD!!! Staff was apologetic and seemed genuinely upset that the replacement resulted in FAILURE OF TABLET as well as refunded their fee, which I do appreciate."
