"Told me that there was a 75.00 sc and would be applied to the work done on a hot water heater. Told me he was coming from Memphis. Tried to give directions to property in Nesbit. Mentiond the 365 exits. Told me just send the address for his GPS. He finally arrived. It took 25 minutes and a wire was in water and he spliced it. Charged 175.00! Stated needed cash since he did not have a checking account. would not even know if this was the issue. Told my nephew and mom a totally different lie that it was 75.00 sc plus 100.00. I text him a Memphis address. still have the text and he came from Holly Springs and it took him 75.00 in gas. It is 30 minutes away. Personally, I believe what goes around comes around. If you need money that bad to take it from a 75 year old women on social security, karma will pay you a visit!"

"My refrigerator stopped cooling a week or so ago. To make matters worse, it happened on a weekend. By Sunday morning of last week, everything in my fridge was lukewarm (so apparently it went out sometime on Saturday night). Mr. Bryson was one of the only technicians that was available on a Sunday morning. He came over and diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes. It was a dead control panel. He ordered the panel that evening, and it was fixed within the week (only because he had to wait on the parts to come in). This guy has certifications in electronics technology, and HVAC, and he would be my first pick for anything related to refrigeration, A/C, or washer dryer repair. I would rate him at more than five stars if I could."
