"I took my dog, who is normally an outside dog and had never been groomed before, to nails to tails last year, and they were wonderful!! I explained that he was shy and had never been groomed before, and they said that he would be just fine. They even called me halfway through to let me know that he was doing great! Update: I just tried to make another appointment, and they said they were booked full for the next two weeks! However, a few minutes later, she calls me back to tell me that someone had canceled and that we could have an appointment! How sweet of her to call me back!! These are genuinely amazing people!!"
